About Us

I am small home based breeders of AKC English Labrador Retrievers.  I have been breeding for 15 plus years and my goal is to provide you the best dog possible.

My dogs all live with me and I know their personalities and their quirks. I select our pairings based on the personalities of each dog to achieve a puppy that is healthy, smart and true to the breed we love so much.

My dogs are OFA certified for hips and elbows and CERF certified for their eyes and each pedigree is researched before any breeding takes place.

My puppies begin their socialization early, with hugs and kisses and family and friends visiting often. Each litter is raised by Mom with the help of an "Aunt". She gives Mom a break when she needs it, helps teach the pups what their limits are and learns how to be a mother when her time comes. 

The puppies begin to grow up and start their housebreaking around 5 weeks old. The first trips outside are short, but as time goes by, they become accustomed to running, playing and doing their "business" in the right place. By now, they are on solid food, but they still look to Mom for an occasional warm drink. The Aunt is now the camp coordinator, teaching them how to play and letting them know when they get too rough.

At 8 weeks they visit the vet and receive their first set of shots and are given a thorough examination.

When it is time for our puppies to go to their new homes, they leave with a final hug, a picture of them with their new family and a packet that includes a one year health warranty, food, his or her veterinary records, their AKC limited registration papers and the promise of assistance any time it is needed. I keep in touch with all of the new puppy families and enjoy hearing all of the puppy stories.
